What you will do

• Support end-to-end TA processes and identify workflow inefficiencies to drive process improvement.
• Administer TA systems, including Greenhouse ATS, background checks, and offer management tools.
• Maintain and update TA documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and People Systems teams to ensure compliant and standardized hiring practices.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics to generate insights on hiring activity and operational performance.
• Train recruiters and coordinators on TA tools and processes to ensure consistent support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Coordination, or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain or Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Ability to work with data and reports at a basic to intermediate level.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
