What you will do

• Support end-to-end payroll and finance implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and strong product adoption.
• Act as subject-matter expert on Spanish payroll requirements, contract types, compliance, and finance workflows.
• Deliver consultative enablement, training, and best practices for payroll setup, expenses, approvals, and reporting.
• Identify risks, edge cases, and improvements, proposing solutions and escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and partners to share client insights and validate features.
• Build long-term partnerships ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Native Spanish and fluent English (Catalan is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll processes, conventions collectives, and local compliance
• Professional experience in finance operations or consulting (expenses, procurement, reporting)
• Experience supporting clients or implementing SaaS/ERP tools in a consulting environment
• Analytical mindset to translate business processes into product configurations
• Proactive, structured, fast learner with TECH savvy consulting mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Spanish payroll tools
• Experience with finance software or integrations
• Background in HRIS, payroll, finance digitalization, or process automation
