Teya is looking for a People Generalist to join their growing team in Madrid. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to take ownership and grow in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

You’ll be at the centre of Teya’s People function — supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping build strong HR foundations as the company grows.

What you’ll be doing:
— Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
— Manage HR documentation and internal communications
— Assist with reporting and day-to-day People operations
— Help build and improve HR processes and structures
— Partner with teams to ensure smooth People operations
