TL;DR
Junior Support Consultant (Payroll & HR): Resolve questions and issues related to HR management solutions including payroll, time tracking, and talent modules using a ticketing system with an accent on configuring payroll module and customer portal. Focus on first-level incident resolution, client guidance, reporting, and proactive product improvements.
Hybrid ( Iberia offices). Spanish essential, fluency in English highly valued.

What you will do
- Configure and customize the payroll module and customer portal to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance to customers by managing inquiries and service requests through the ticketing system.
- Resolve first-level incidents following procedures, escalate second-level issues, and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare reports and accurately log all requests in the system.
- Support consulting activities and proactively suggest product improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in implementation and optimization of payroll processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant knowledge/experience in Labour Relations, Payroll Management, or similar, ideally in a Payroll Agency, Consultancy, or Advisory firm.
- Spanish essential and fluency in English highly valued.
- Solid analytical skills and interest in digital tools and applications.
- Eagerness to learn, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude, team spirit, and good sense of humour.
Nice to have
- Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field.
- Prior experience with payroll systems configuration and setup.
