TL;DR

Head of US (Sales): Launch and own the US market for a cybersecurity awareness platform with an accent on building go-to-market strategy, closing initial deals, and scaling sales team. Focus on localizing positioning, identifying acquisition channels, driving pipeline, and bridging US operations with European HQ.

Location: On-site in New York with up to 2 days per month remote

What you will do

  • Build and execute US go-to-market strategy from scratch, including localizing positioning, pricing, and sales motion.
  • Identify acquisition channels like direct sales, events, partnerships; own US ARR target and close early deals.
  • Recruit, structure, and lead US sales team with performance frameworks and culture of accountability.
  • Funnel US market intelligence to product/marketing and align with Paris-based tech/product teams.
  • Represent externally at press, events, customer summits, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Hands-on sales leader with founder-like product instincts and GTM experience building markets from zero.
  • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS in US from early to meaningful ARR; close deals yourself.
  • Experience starting something or building teams/markets in startups; managed teams effectively.
  • Product/marketing aware: craft pitch decks, iterate messaging, understand product deeply.
  • Must be based in New York for on-site role.
