What you will do

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill a large volume of roles in the Customer Operations sector on time.
  • Design and implement standardized recruitment processes and infrastructure to support scalable business growth.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences for candidates and interviewers from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruitment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to projects focused on recruitment efficiency, global collaboration, and the implementation of AI tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (excellent written and verbal communication).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, and training.
  • Expertise in structuring processes and managing stakeholders in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Berlin to support the hybrid model.
