What you will do
- Own the full hiring process from outreach to offer for business roles in Finance, People, and Consumer teams.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and guide decisions.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain pipelines.
- Improve recruitment processes using data, new campaigns, and innovative approaches.
- Create engaging candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
- Anticipate needs and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Hands-on mentality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with uncertainty and eager to grow fast.
Nice to have
- Dutch, German, or French language skills.
