What you will do

  • Own the full hiring process from outreach to offer for business roles in Finance, People, and Consumer teams.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and guide decisions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain pipelines.
  • Improve recruitment processes using data, new campaigns, and innovative approaches.
  • Create engaging candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
  • Anticipate needs and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Hands-on mentality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and eager to grow fast.

Nice to have

  • Dutch, German, or French language skills.
