What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and search strategy recommendations.
• Source candidates using resume databases, Boolean searches, networking, and proprietary tools.
• Engage candidates via phone, email, and social media; prepare them for interviews and provide status updates.
• Assess candidates through phone interviews, skills testing, background checks, and reference reviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, negotiate counters, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver regular reporting, build talent pipelines, and proactively communicate search status.

Requirements

• German language required
• Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Experience with ATS, social media tools, and recruitment technologies.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics; proficient in Microsoft Office.
