Location: Berlin, 2 times per week in office

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specs and provide market data recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, build strong slates, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Engage candidates with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and team members.

Requirements

• German language required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing sector preferred
