What you will do

  • Implement employer branding strategies aligned with business goals and values.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, including tech fairs, conferences, and campus meetups.
  • Expand strategic partnerships with universities and research institutes to attract tech talent.
  • Evolve and communicate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective employees.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Create engaging content for the company website, social media, and recruitment materials.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Initial hands-on experience in implementing employer branding strategies.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of current market trends in recruitment marketing and talent attraction.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
