TL;DR

Talent Lead (HR): Own end-to-end hiring across all departments, build employer brand, and systematize talent function with an accent on high-quality talent acquisition, DACH ecosystem networking, and organizational speed. Focus on building repeatable processes, scaling workflows, enforcing quality bar, and personally closing senior hires.

Location: On-site in Munich (4+ days/week)

What you will do

  • Own hiring end-to-end across Sales, Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Value with a reporting team
  • Build employer brand through positioning, LinkedIn, events, university partnerships, and content
  • Serve as sparring partner to hiring managers on org design, talent planning, and hiring decisions
  • Systematize talent function with processes, analytics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Grow community and network in DACH startup ecosystem via universities and events

Requirements

  • 2-5 years hands-on recruiting or talent experience in high-performance environment (Tier 1 headhunting, fast-scaling startup, VC)
  • Personally sourced, pitched, and closed A-players
  • Well-connected in DACH startup ecosystem with relevant network
  • Strong communicator, storyteller, with great taste and execution speed
  • Native German and strong English
  • Use AI tools daily and experiment with workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring GTM roles in DACH
  • Team management experience
  • Exposure to employer brand strategy at a startup
