Location: Field-based in Union City/Newark, NJ. Must be based in the US. Relocation support provided.

Salary: $130,000 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Execute territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Build and maintain trusted, compliant relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear and compliant product messaging aligned with the asthma brand strategy.
  • Analyze market insights and data to optimize territory performance and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
  • Maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical promotional regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience varies by level: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive) in pharmaceutical or specialty sales.
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for customer visits and company meetings.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience in respiratory or asthma markets.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals (for Senior and Executive levels).
