What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through call planning, segmentation, and targeting key healthcare professionals like pulmonologists and allergists.
- Deliver compliant product messaging and build trusted relationships focused on patient outcomes.
- Leverage market insights and data to optimize territory strategies and performance.
- Engage in scientific discussions on disease state and treatment landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical and Market Access.
- Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and accurate documentation of activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience (0–5 years for Specialty, 6–12 for Senior, 13+ for Executive levels).
- Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and coachability.
- Respiratory or asthma experience preferred, especially for higher levels.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and business acumen for Senior/Executive levels.
- Experience with complex healthcare systems and product launches.
