Salary: $43,600 - $60,025

What you will do

• Provide high-quality service in a call center environment for retirement savings accounts.
• Educate customers on their accounts without performing sales or cold calls.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients.
• Process loans, withdrawals, and contribution changes.
• Manage general account changes based on customer direction.

Requirements

• FINRA series 6 and 63 (or higher equivalent) licensure.
• Associate's degree with 1+ year of customer service experience, or 2+ years of general customer service experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available).
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including non-traditional hours and occasional Saturdays.
• High-speed wired internet connection (min 50Mbps download / 10Mbps upload).
