Salary: $68,700–$103,150

What you will do

• Analyze customer environments and consult on existing hirify.global/Symitar products and processes.
• Provide technical software support and guidance on product functionality, features, and usage.
• Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Track and manage customer cases, ensuring timely escalation and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop training materials and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to incoming support cases and emails according to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience working in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
• Direct experience with loans or within a Lending environment (balancing, transactions, batch programs).
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in lending, loan collections, underwriting, and credit reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT).
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ACH, Accounting, or Card Processing.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s Symitar platform and Symitar PowerOn.
• Experience working independently on complex financial institution processes.
