Salary: $50,600 - $84,340 USD

What you will do

• Provide sponsor and advisor service support for corporate bundled plans.
• Serve as a single point of contact for customer inquiries via shared mailbox and inbound phone lines.
• Provide immediate resolution to customer issues through collaboration with internal business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage defined contribution administration tasks with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in Defined Contribution administration or similar field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven customer service skills and experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Omni record-keeping systems.
• Understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
