What you will do

• Provide level one troubleshooting and accurately assess customer product issues.
• Research and resolve application and service issues to ensure high-quality support.
• Monitor and resolve incoming cases and emails according to Service Level Standards (SLS).
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level personnel with precise technical documentation.
• Participate in continuous training to improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Manage hardware capacity and performance as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union) with a strong background in loan processing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional corporate customer service environment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions in time-sensitive situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
