What you will do

• Drive day-to-day technical delivery for a major strategic client.
• Support onboarding, configuration, and feature rollouts.
• Translate client requests into structured technical actions for Engineering and Product teams.
• Investigate delivery issues and identify root causes to unblock progress.
• Explain technical builds, constraints, and trade-offs clearly to clients.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and investigation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, or product operations.
• Comfort working with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
• Strong ownership mindset and structured thinking for breaking down ambiguous problems.
• Experience using AI tools for research and workflow improvement.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or developer-facing products.
• Experience with UAT, system testing, or advanced CRM automation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI reporting logic.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
