TL;DR

Junior Business Resiliency & Delivery Specialist (SaaS): Supporting day-to-day operations for reliable AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform with an accent on incident management, SLA tracking, platform monitoring, and delivery coordination. Focus on assisting with alerts monitoring using observability tools, risk escalation, reporting on incidents and metrics, and contributing to process improvements.

Location: Hybrid in Cluj, Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich (2+ days onsite each week; this role based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich)

What you will do

  • Support incident management across channels, ensuring prioritization, timely follow-up, and communication in line with SLAs.
  • Assist with platform monitoring using tools like DataDog and Sentry, identifying patterns and escalating risks.
  • Coordinate delivery activities by tracking deployments, blockers, and maintaining team visibility.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, SLA performance, delivery metrics, and contribute to trend analysis.
  • Help maintain operational documentation and suggest improvements to on-call, support, and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in operations, delivery, support, or technical roles.
  • Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, system interactions, SLAs, and incident workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management), monitoring tools (DataDog, Sentry), or cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Exposure to on-call, incident management, Agile processes, DevOps, or platform operations.
