What you will do
- Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, providing technical guidance, advice, and best practice sharing to help customers achieve their objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders ranging from developers and engineering leads to C-level executives.
- Conduct quarterly and ad hoc meetings to recap value, show progress on initiatives, and align with future roadmaps.
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement to proactively address risks and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase product adoption and uncover growth opportunities.
- Act as a product evangelist and voice of the customer to ensure feedback shapes the company's approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in information technology with a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
- Experience consuming APIs and using HTTP request methods.
- High-level understanding of custom consumer and SaaS applications (web and native).
- Must be based remotely within 50 miles of Mexico City.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
