Location: Must be based at any of ’s affiliates across Europe. Role involves approximately 25% international travel.

What you will do
- Develop and execute insight-driven global brand strategies for the Endo Metabolic portfolio.
- Lead the EU and International commercial tactical plans and ensure effective implementation at the affiliate level.
- Co-lead the Lomitapide core team to optimize strategies and drive product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide commercial perspectives on positioning and messaging.
- Translate scientific findings into marketing initiatives and uncover actionable patient journey insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
- University degree in Science and/or Marketing.
- 5+ years of marketing or commercial experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-geographical teams without direct authority.
- Strong strategic mindset, scientific aptitude, and financial acumen.

- Experience in rare disease marketing.
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Prior global or regional experience.
