What you will do

• Oversee and optimize digital media planning processes for accuracy, efficiency, and timely strategic delivery.
• Manage digital media resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance.
• Serve as strategic contact for clients, translating needs into effective digital media strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for optimization.
• Drive pre- and post-campaign analysis to identify innovation opportunities and adopt best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years in Digital Media Planning with leadership experience
• Experience in strategic account management and client relationships
• Deep expertise in digital platforms: ad servers, analytics, tag management, retargeting
• Strong knowledge of biddable media, programmatic advertising, performance marketing
• Proactive with AI and digital transformation
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent
