What you will do

• Develop data-driven marketing plans aligned with corporate and EMEA teams to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and optimize campaigns using data.
• Collaborate with SDRs, sales, and partners to generate qualified leads and grow pipeline.
• Leverage analytics to refine strategies and ensure business growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, and at least one of Italian or Spanish
• Proven experience managing field marketing events (proprietary, third-party, virtual).
• Track record delivering business results through strategic programs.
• Strong data-driven planning, KPI achievement within budget and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic enterprise software environment.
