Salary: $188,000 - $235,000 per year

What you will do

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team.
• Collaborate with product management to shape roadmaps and prioritize feature launch planning.
• Conduct market research to develop value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate products.
• Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product and feature launches, including pricing and positioning.
• Develop sales tools and training materials to empower internal enablement teams.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop target audience profiles and high-impact campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or RegTech industries.
• Proven experience leading teams or exercising leadership by influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples required).
• Strong ability to coordinate complex projects, such as global product launches.
