What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Build and maintain trusted, compliant relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver clear product messaging aligned with brand strategy to drive adoption of the asthma portfolio.
- Analyze market insights and data to optimize territory strategies and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
- Ensure full compliance with promotional regulations and document all activities accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience (ranging from 0 to 13+ years depending on the assigned level).
- Must be based in or able to operate in the Flint, MI territory.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in the respiratory or asthma market.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with complex healthcare systems and enterprise-level account planning.
