What you will do

• Support creation of sales enablement materials like playbooks, training decks, and call guides.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Observe sales workflows and contribute ideas for consultative selling.
• Assist with planning and execution of internal training sessions.
• Review customer interactions to identify issues and service gaps.
• Track key service metrics like response time, resolution time, and CSAT.
• Analyze data for insights, document processes, and prepare reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable translating observations into structured ideas and insights.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
