Customer Success Associate

TL;DR

Customer Success Associate (Fintech): Motivate and assist accounting firms and resellers in promoting jefacture.com platform to their clients with an accent on sales communication and administrative support. Focus on convincing SMEs of the platform's value, organizing mailings and webinars, and providing advisory services.

Location: Hybrid (two days remote per week), France

What you will do

• Act as ambassador for jefacture.com, supporting entrepreneurs in financial management.
• Motivate accounting firms and resellers to engage clients and drive adoption of the platform in collaboration with sales team.
• Provide administrative support for mailings, newsletters, and webinar invitations.
• Advise SMEs on the added value of jefacture.com for their business.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen
• Passionate about IT/cloud solutions; affinity for invoicing/accounting is a plus
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized with excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Eager to work in a sales team
