Salary: $130,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

  • Achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, targeting, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Deliver compliant product messaging and build trusted relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and key primary care stakeholders.
  • Leverage scientific knowledge of asthma disease state and treatment landscape to tailor engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Medical and Market Access teams.
  • Maintain operational excellence, accurate documentation, and full compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Support regional initiatives, product launches, and provide market insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive) pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably respiratory/asthma.
  • Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion and high integrity.
  • Demonstrated coachability, business acumen, and ability to operate in competitive environments (higher levels).
