English Tutor/Trainer

Location: Remote (Philippines). 40 hours per week with partial overlap with Eastern Standard Time until 1 ET. Flexibility required to accommodate learners’ schedules.

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one and group English training sessions.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials.
• Coach on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent clarity, and relevant tech/CRO terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Track progress, provide assessments, adapt methods, and share weekly reports.
• Schedule lessons, collaborate with HR and department heads, and ensure reliable delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2-level or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years as ESL instructor, preferably teaching in Eastern Europe or Asia.
• Independent, accountable, professional with strong people skills.
• Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented with growth mindset.
• Work 40 hours/week with partial EST overlap until 1 ET

Nice to have

• HR background or employee development experience.
• Teaching presentations/public speaking.
• Familiarity with basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
