What you will do

• Assess student proficiency and learning needs through initial and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with individual goals and learning styles.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and literature analysis.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve student skills and confidence.
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with students regarding their development and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an English Tutor or Teacher.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with curricula and standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, or TOEFL.
