Location: Remote within AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA

Salary: $31.00 – $37.00 per hour (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and research leads through inbound and outbound efforts, maintaining CRM records.
  • Generate business opportunities, re-engage lapsed clients, and create meetings for Field Account Executives.
  • Communicate persuasively across the sales cycle, present demos, proposals, and tailored solutions.
  • Use CRM and analytics to inform strategy, forecast accurately, and meet performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, leadership, and marketing to optimize lead conversion and smooth onboarding.
  • Adapt to priorities, anticipate obstacles, and ensure momentum through sales and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in sales, implementation, or customer success
  • Experience in education or EdTech sector required
  • Proven success managing sales pipeline and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of education trends to present ROI and set goals
