Salary: $31.00 – $37.00 per hour (plus commission)

What you will do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and research leads through inbound and outbound efforts, maintaining CRM records.
- Generate business opportunities, re-engage lapsed clients, and create meetings for Field Account Executives.
- Communicate persuasively across the sales cycle, present demos, proposals, and tailored solutions.
- Use CRM and analytics to inform strategy, forecast accurately, and meet performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, leadership, and marketing to optimize lead conversion and smooth onboarding.
- Adapt to priorities, anticipate obstacles, and ensure momentum through sales and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in sales, implementation, or customer success
- Experience in education or EdTech sector required
- Proven success managing sales pipeline and exceeding targets
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of education trends to present ROI and set goals
