Location: Hybrid in Raleigh-Durham, NC (office attendance required with one day WFH option)

What you will do

• Follow up on leads for transactional sales and handle data input for processing.
• Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound leads to communicate the company's value proposition.
• Support sales campaigns and ensure timely lead processing.
• Identify new growth opportunities to help the sales team achieve attainment targets.
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations using screen share technology.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or education, ideally within the ed-tech or software industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail.
• Understanding of web applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
