Location: Remote within specific US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA. Occasional travel to the Seattle office is required.
Salary: $115,000 - $142,000 per year

What you will do
- Analyze subscription revenue performance, including ARR, MRR, retention, and churn, to provide strategic insights.
- Build advanced financial and analytical models to forecast performance, assess ROI, and evaluate business scenarios.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for FP&A, GTM, and product leadership using Power BI.
- Identify root causes for trends in customer retention, product usage, and sales pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BI teams to align on core SaaS metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate key trends and metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA.
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or FP&A.
- 3+ years of experience specifically supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL (intermediate querying for analysis).
- Experience with CRM & ERP systems and subscription business models.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
