TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage technical sales process: demos, proofs of value, onboarding, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and feature requests
- Listen to customer needs and channel feedback to product management
- Conduct post-sales check-ins with Customer Success to share features, roadmap, and integrations
- Collaborate with account teams to meet booking goals
- Assist marketing with product collateral and attend trade shows/conferences
- Travel to customers in EMEA territory
Requirements
- Located in Europe
- Fluent in English and French
- 5+ years in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering
- Experience selling to Tier 1/2 carrier network engineers/architects
- Manage networking equipment, cloud environments, Linux servers
- Knowledge of protocols (DNS, BGP, Netflow, TCP/IP, HTTP) and monitoring/observability
- Strong communication for technical discussions with engineers to executives
- Understanding of security/governance and cloud networking deployment
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages for multi-country support
- Public cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in security, performance, monitoring, infrastructure
- Interest in Generative AI/LLMs
- Scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible, Perl)
- SQL, open source (Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus), API integrations
- Early sales team experience at hyper-growth startup
