Location: Remote within USA, must be based in EST or PST time zones. Up to 50% travel.

Salary: $160K – $200K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects.
• Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and demonstrations for customer use cases.
• Provide guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment.
• Partner with sales to address objections and accelerate deals.
• Contribute to technical content like guides and reference architectures.
• Mentor juniors and represent customer voice to product/engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Proven track record in complex technical sales cycles.
• Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• AI-first mindset with active use of advanced AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech recognition, NLP, AI/voice agents.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Background in API-first products and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc.).
