What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies for Business Transformation, Technology/Software, and Technical Consultancy segments.
  • Design and implement standardized onboarding and offboarding frameworks for the partner ecosystem.
  • Create and operationalize co-selling concepts and teaming agreements to streamline collaboration.
  • Build tailored Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies including marketing and sales alignment for each partner segment.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partner activities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure partner contributions to revenue growth and business value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse partner ecosystems (tech partners, consultancy firms).
  • Experience in enterprise sales or solution selling with a deep understanding of co-selling models.
  • Knowledge of joint GTM campaigns, sales enablement, and marketing strategies.
  • Insights into Insurtech market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Must be based in or able to work from within Europe.
