What you will do
- Build and execute territory/account plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
- Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and develop urgency with mutual action plans.
- Own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value tied to executive priorities.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for workshops/demos and align with Customer Success for implementation and expansion.
- Position against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize competitive threats.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
- Proven insight-led enterprise sales cycles, pushing back respectfully, quantifying impact, mobilizing committees.
- Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement, managing complex multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC-style qualification.
- Strong collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language).
Nice to have
- ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations.
- Experience with automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP).
- Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
