What you will do
- Source, pitch, and onboard new referral partners across various regions and verticals.
- Manage and grow relationships with 40+ existing partners, overseeing pipelines and removing blockers.
- Own key channel metrics, including conversion, revenue contribution, and partner activation.
- Negotiate and structure commission and incentive terms for partners.
- Develop long-term partnership strategies focusing on segmentation, tiering, and community.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and act as the partner's voice within the product and sales teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in partnership or affiliate sales within fintech, payments, crypto, or forex.
- Proven track record of building and managing referral or agent networks.
- Strong sales skills and comfort with cold outreach and high-volume communication.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
