What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and sessions with stakeholders.
• Document and validate functional requirements, business rules, and dependencies.
• Develop current-state and future-state business process flows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Perform system configuration aligned to requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate with technical teams on requirements, dependencies, and integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• US based (remote).
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation in complex projects.
• Experience with business process flows for alignment and solution design.
• Hands-on enterprise software configuration based on requirements.
• Effective coordination with cross-functional technical teams.
• Documentation using process modeling, use cases, or user stories.
• Strong communication to influence business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional services or consulting experience (Big 5 a plus).
• Government or public-sector domain expertise.
