What you will do

  • Achieve territory sales goals through call planning, segmentation, targeting, and data-driven strategies.
  • Deliver compliant product messaging and build relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
  • Position Chiesi as a trusted partner, engage customers professionally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain scientific understanding of asthma disease state, translate customer needs into engagement strategies, and support product launches.
  • Ensure operational excellence, full compliance with regulations, accurate documentation, and ethical practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, data analysis skills, and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, coachability, and growth mindset.
  • Experience levels: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), 13+ years (Executive) in pharmaceutical sales, preferably respiratory/asthma.
  • Proven sales performance, business acumen, and ability to operate in competitive environments.
