What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through call planning, segmentation, targeting, and compliant product messaging.
- Build relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and key primary care stakeholders.
- Leverage data, market insights, and scientific knowledge to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Position Chiesi as a trusted partner focused on patient outcomes with professionalism and clinical credibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Medical and Market Access teams.
- Support regional initiatives, product launches, and maintain operational excellence and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, data analysis, and business acumen skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion and high integrity.
- Experience varies by level: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), 13+ years (Executive) in pharmaceutical sales, preferably respiratory/asthma.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals for senior/executive levels.

- Respiratory or specialty sales experience.
- Demonstrated coachability, growth mindset, and peer leadership for higher levels.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and long-term customer relationships for executive level.
