Location: Fully remote within the Continental US. Must reside in Central Standard Timezone (AR, AL, IA, IL, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI). Not accepting applications from California, Hawaii, or Alaska. Requires up to 60% travel.

Salary: $75,000–$82,000 per year

What you will do

• Own post-sale customer relationships from onboarding through renewal for assigned accounts.
• Lead remote software onboarding, including kickoff, configuration, and user training.
• Conduct onsite chemical and equipment inspections to verify safety compliance, storage, and labeling.
• Perform facility walkthroughs to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions aligned with standards.
• Translate field observations into product workflows to ensure site conditions are accurately reflected in the system.
• Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities and document ROI to support renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and four years of OSHA/EHS work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Must reside within the Continental US (excluding CA, HI, AK).
• Ability to travel via air up to 60% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and exceptional communication skills.

Nice to have

• ASP/GSP/CSP or equivalent certifications.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
