What you will do

• Define and deliver BAS/EMS automation scope, combining technical content with delivery management.
• Support and coordinate manufacturing automation and IT systems site-wide.
• Work with process automation and data acquisition systems per ISA-95 Level 2/3 standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC requirements and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve issues, and drive project progress under hybrid arrangements.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation or IT systems delivery.
• Proven work with process automation and data acquisition (PCS, PLC/SCADA, Data Historians).
• Exposure to Siemens environments; Siemens PCS7 knowledge advantageous.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Zenon, Aveva/OSIsoft PI platforms.
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization.
• Regulated industries experience or willingness to learn GxP, GAMP, SDLC.
• Strong communication for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
