What you will do

• Architect and implement high-performance frontend systems using React and TypeScript.
• Stew front-end best practices, architecture, and craftsmanship across the engineering team.
• Collaborate on the product direction and codebase for an agentic workspace.
• Integrate typed backend APIs via GraphQL to enable seamless AI agent interactions.
• Recruit and develop a world-class frontend engineering team.
• Ship daily updates and experiment with innovative UI/UX interactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
• 2+ years of deep experience with TypeScript and React.
• Strong mastery of web technologies, including the DOM, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to architect projects while balancing technical debt and immediate business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the US
