Software Engineer, Frontend (React/TypeScript)

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Steward frontend architecture, best practices, and engineering craftsmanship.
• Build and improve user interfaces for an AI-powered team communication platform.
• Set direction for the product, codebase, and frontend development practices.
• Improve systems and workflows for performance, scale, speed, and accuracy.
• Help recruit and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Ship and evaluate new ideas and interactions with close attention to usability and detail.

Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend web development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, including the DOM, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with typed backend APIs such as GraphQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
