Salary: CA$130K – CA$190K

hirify.global is building an AI-driven deal intelligence platform for the legal and finance industries, leveraging a proprietary Deal Reasoning Engine to transform complex documents into strategic insights.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end product features, operating equally across the frontend and backend.
• Develop scalable systems using React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Integrate cutting-edge LLM technologies across infrastructure, search, and persistence layers.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to shape the product and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
• Take radical ownership of complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building production-ready applications in React.
• 3+ years of experience building production-ready applications in Go or another strongly typed language.
• Must be based in Canada and operate in the Eastern Time zone.
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end and switch between different technical domains.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with highly regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
