Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Plan, design, build, and refine core product features from conception to completion.
• Take significant ownership of technical architecture and the product roadmap.
• Work across the stack using Rust, Go, TypeScript, and Haskell.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and growth functions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a backend engineer.
• Experience building and supporting scalable SaaS products.
• Proficiency with relational databases and performant SQL queries.
• Experience with AI coding tools in production environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
• Experience with observability tooling.
