What you will do

• Design and implement the hirify.global RL platform interface for humans to train, evaluate, and interact with AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers to translate RL and evaluation concepts into intuitive, usable tools.
• Engage directly with users to iterate on the product and improve the overall user experience.
• Define the standards and vision for how users interact with strange and powerful AI systems.

Requirements

• Ability to empathize with users and understand their goals to create intuitive experiences.
• Capacity to balance immediate product shipping needs with a long-term vision for the product.
• Ability to ship features rapidly while maintaining high quality and avoiding boilerplate AI slop.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the USA (San Francisco) or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience working in early-stage technology startups in fast-paced environments.
• Deep familiarity with current AI tools and LLM capabilities.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation and RL frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across different time zones.
