What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end web CX strategy across multiple platforms to ensure cohesive and scalable digital journeys.
• Define and govern UX/UI standards, design systems, information architecture, and accessibility guidelines.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for key digital initiatives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Establish UX analytics frameworks and KPIs to measure engagement and conversion performance.
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and emerging AI tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design or digital product design leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise website strategies and multi-site digital ecosystems.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and usability testing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, SEO/SEM, and web performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Figma, GA4, and basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a Center of Excellence or shared services environment.
• Experience with event platforms such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
