UI/UX designer/Meedle
Company
Sociala - a product startup in the social/UGC domain for the US market.
We work with social graph, content, paid channels, and interaction between creators and subscribers.
A large, stable design load: web application + preparation for mobile development.
Format
• Fully remote
• Distributed team (CIS, EU, USA)
• Possible contractual format if you have non-Russian/Belarusian citizenship
Salary
$ 1500-1600 / month. Stable payments without delays.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
• 3 years in UX/UI, Product Design
• Real experience in product companies or startups
Skills (Hard Skills)
• Figma (Auto-layout, styles, components, design system, prototyping, interactives)
• Building design systems from scratch or refactoring an existing one
• Experience preparing UI for web and adapting it for mobile
• Refining UX flows, CJMs, and high-level user flows
• Preparing mockups for developers
• Ability to document design (Figma → Confluence)
• Experience in UGC/social products - a plus
What needs to be done
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, user goals, and constraints
• Translate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI layouts
• Design and maintain end-to-end flows for: authorization, content creation (posts), channels, paid subscriptions, donations, and content management
• Ensure UX consistency across the whole product: align UI with product logic, edge cases, and state management
• Work closely with the Lead Product Designer on the design system, reusable patterns, and visual language (Figma)
• Prepare responsive layouts for web and adapt existing designs for the upcoming mobile app (iOS / Android)
• Support implementation: provide specs and annotations, cover states and edge cases, answer questions from engineers during development
• Contribute to the overall design quality of the team: share best practices, keep files tidy, and help maintain consistent standards across the product
