What you will do

• Gather requirements from Product Managers and customers to identify pain points and design solutions.
• Use prototypes to align design, research, and engineering teams on shared direction.
• Improve overall UX accessibility and usability across the platform, including Cloud Observability.
• Present design choices to stakeholders including executives and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Designers on strategic UX initiatives for novice users.
• Produce UI artifacts like mockups and visual designs using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in United States for remote work
• Demonstrated curiosity/experience in observability/infrastructure analytics or monitoring.
• Strong prototyping skills for quick iteration and consensus.
• Analytical mindset for user data analysis, customer talks, and design decisions.
• Passion for enterprise SaaS with complex visualizations; competitor evaluation.
• 4+ years software engineering with Python or similar; experience with LLMs/prompt engineering.
• Background in HCI, UX, or instructional design; frontend proficiency (Node/React advantageous).

• Familiarity with networking, Claude/other AI models, data analytics tools.
• Experience transforming complex workflows into intuitive UI/UX; public cloud analytics.
